VisitOne and Floral Pavilion launch new partnership for customer engagement

Steeped in history and culture, the award-winning Floral Pavilion Theatre and Conference Centre is a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose destination located in the heart of New Brighton, Wirral with something for everyone! 

From high quality national touring drama and musicals, world-class music, comedy and spoken word events, to classical dance and opera. There is also a full programme of events for children and families, introducing them to the magical world of theatre. 

Owned by Wirral Borough Council and directly managed by the council the venue was completely rebuilt in 2008 and continues to be at the hearts of the arts in Wirral. The multi-space venue not only offers live entertainment but has a restaurant and Café with the stunning Panoramic Lounge offering pre-show dining or afternoon tea with breathtaking views across the River Mersey estuary. 

It’s this range of events, performances and dining experiences that VisitOne is able to support the venue on. Integrating the venue’s ticketing system Spektrix, with their chosen EPOS provider Tevalis, VisitOne provides a wide range of features to enhance the customer journey. Fully customisable messaging, the timed and secure delivery of digital tickets for download and sharing, mobile pre-ordering for interval drinks and dining options all connected and written back to the ticketing and EPOS systems.
