Sinfonia Smith Square brings music and audience experiences together with VisitOne

Sinfonia Smith Square combines a commitment to exceptional live music with a purpose: supporting the next generation of professional musicians. Bringing together Southbank Sinfonia and St John’s Smith Square, the organisation connects an orchestral Fellowship programme with a distinctive London concert venue.

Its home, Smith Square Hall in Westminster, is a Grade I listed former church with a history stretching back more than 300 years. Today, it provides a setting for established artists, emerging talent and audiences to share live musical experiences. Through its Fellowship programme, Sinfonia Smith Square helps gifted musicians develop their careers through performance, collaboration and educational projects.

We’re delighted that Sinfonia Smith Square is using the full VisitOne suite to support its audience experience. Secure digital tickets, mobile pre-ordering, donations, digital membership cards and customer messaging make it easier for visitors to plan, enjoy and support their time at the venue.

Guests can keep tickets and membership details readily available on their phones, share tickets securely with others in their party and arrange refreshments ahead of a performance. Advance and interval drinks pre-ordering give audiences time to choose while helping hospitality teams prepare for busy service periods.

Customisable pre-visit messaging brings relevant information and ordering opportunities into the audience journey. For venue teams, connecting ticketing and hospitality data supports a clearer understanding of visitor behaviour and opportunities to grow secondary revenue.

Convenient donations and digital membership also help audiences deepen their relationship with the organisation, supporting the musical opportunities and performances they value.

Phillip Markwick, VisitOne CEO said of the venue partnership launch, "We look forward to working with Sinfonia Smith Square to strengthen audience engagement and support an experience that reflects the care and ambition behind its music-making."
