VisitOne partners with newly refurbished Theatr Clwyd
We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Theatr Clwyd to enhance their guest experience, following the venue's £50m refurbishment.
Theatr Clwyd connects its bilingual audience experience with VisitOne
Theatr Clwyd has been a home for creativity in North Wales since opening in 1976. Based in Mold, Flintshire, it brings together theatre-making, live performance and community activity, creating opportunities for audiences and artists across the region and beyond.
Following its £50 million redevelopment, the theatre has entered a new chapter. Refreshed performance spaces, expanded foyers and new hospitality facilities provide more opportunities for visitors to meet, enjoy refreshments and spend time at the venue before and after a show.
We’re delighted to support that investment in the visitor experience through VisitOne’s integration with Spektrix ticketing and Tevalis EPOS. Connecting secure digital tickets, mobile pre-ordering and audience communications helps Theatr Clwyd bring its digital services together around each visit.
A key part of the partnership is VisitOne’s bilingual experience, available in Welsh and English. This enables Welsh-speaking guests to access the platform in their preferred language, supporting a welcome that reflects the communities the theatre serves.
For audiences, convenient ticket access and advance food and drink pre-ordering make it easier to plan an evening. Interval pre-ordering gives guests time to choose refreshments while helping venue teams prepare orders ahead of busy service periods.
For Theatr Clwyd, ticketing and EPOS integration connects ticket sales and bar purchases, supporting a fuller understanding of visitor behaviour. This creates opportunities to develop secondary spend and tailor audience communications to relevant productions and performances.
Alongside the transformed building, these digital tools support practical improvements to customer and theatre workflows, helping teams manage demand while keeping the audience experience at the centre.
We look forward to a long-term partnership with Theatr Clwyd, supporting memorable visits in Welsh and English as the theatre continues to create, inspire and bring communities together.
