VisitOne welcomes Joshua M Freeman Foundation as a venue partner

The Joshua M. Freeman Foundation is a Delaware-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit established in 2007. Through its two programs, the Arts Access Initiative and Freeman Arts, the foundation reaches more than 130,000 people each year, bringing live arts experiences to communities across The Delmarva Peninsula.

Many performances take place at Freeman Arts Pavilion in Selbyville, Delaware. Formerly known as the Freeman Stage, this much-loved outdoor venue welcomes audiences to enjoy a varied program of music, theatre and dance. The foundation also takes performances beyond the Pavilion, bringing live arts to schools and community centers across the region.

We’re delighted to be working with Freeman Arts Pavilion and its ticketing partner, Spektrix, to support a smooth and secure ticketing experience for guests. With secure digital tickets, audiences can access their tickets conveniently, while the venue can offer a clear, straightforward experience from booking through to arrival.

Making tickets easy to access is especially helpful when one person books for a group. These guests are sometimes described as “shadow attendees”: the person who makes the booking is more often than not the only person attending. 

A simple way for guests to access their own tickets can help make the event experience easier for everyone in the group, and by capturing the data from shared tickets, with permission, the venue can increase engagement with previously unknown patrons.
