VisitOne has launched version 3.0 of the VisitOne App, introducing a range of new features and developments designed to create a smoother experience for audiences, more flexibility for venues and more opportunities to promote the products, services and messages that matter.
The latest release builds on VisitOne’s existing simple connection via SMS or email link to the VisitOne Wallet, making it easy for audiences to access their tickets, food and drink ordering, memberships and other visit information in one place.
With VisitOne 3.0, the app experience has been reimagined to better support both the guest journey and venue operations.
We built VisitOne for venues to connect ticketing systems such as Tessitura, Spektrix and Tixly and EPOS systems to reduce friction in venue operations and make the most of every audience interaction before, during and after the show.

New Feature - seat upgrade right up to the start of the show
One of the key developments in VisitOne 3.0 is the new Seat Upgrade feature.
This gives venues the ability to offer customers a seamless upgrade opportunity right up to the start of the show, helping make better use of available on-the-day inventory before the performance begins.
For venues, this creates a new opportunity to maximise yield on seats that may otherwise remain unsold. For customers, it offers a simple way to enhance their visit and make it extra special.without adding friction to the experience.
A more flexible space for promotions
A new scrolling screen creates more room to promote products, services and key messages throughout the customer journey.
Visible as soon as the VisitOne Digital Wallet is opened, you are able to promote opportunities for your audiences to engage.
From F&B pre, interval and post-show pre-ordering, dining and merchandise to memberships, donations, parking and access information, venues can showcase the right opportunities at the right time.
We've also introduced high impact graphics, giving your promotions greater visibility to help key offers stand out more clearly.
A smoother interface for a better customer experience
VisitOne 3.0 introduces a cleaner, more intuitive interface, helping customers move easily between their tickets, F&B bookings, dining reservations memberships and other venue services.
A permanent menu keeps the key parts of their visit accessible throughout the booking experience.
We have also improved the functionality for ticket sharing: particularly important for venues wanting to capture more audience data.
And our pre-ordering enhancements are designed to help venues reduce friction for customers and capture more value from each visit.
