VisitOne launches video content for venues in new 3.0 version

VisitOne launched version 3.0 of the VisitOne App in July 2026, introducing a range of new features and developments designed to create a smoother experience for audiences, more flexibility for venues and more opportunities to promote the products, services and messages that matter.

With VisitOne 3.0, the app experience has  now been further reimagined to include streamable video content. The content slots within the platform are managed by venues, so the placement and number of video slots is flexible. 

Future production videos, backstage tours or information about your restaurant, bars or café can all be included. Video can stream directly from within the VisitOne App or be expanded to full screen on a mobile, before returning the customer to the app for further information.

Every guest can manage interval pre-ordering or pre-show drinks, make table reservations and pre-order merchandise like programmes for collection on their arrival. Seat upgrades can also be offered to make the most of on-the-day available inventory along with upgrades to hospitality packages.

Your members will have access to their membership cards for any discounts that may apply at bars or cafés and venues can also promote membership purchase and individual giving through donations. 

The latest release builds on VisitOne’s existing seamless connection, via SMS or email link, to the VisitOne wallet, a web-based App that needs no login or account creation, making it easy for audiences to access and download their tickets. The booker can also share tickets, enabling venues to capture shadow attendees (those guests and patrons that are not visible in the booking but are attending) for permission based future engagement and database increase.
