Dundee Rep Theatre joins VisitOne for enhanced visitor experience

VisitOne is delighted to welcome Dundee Rep Theatre as a partner venue on the VisitOne platform.

A much-loved part of Dundee’s cultural scene, Dundee Rep and Scottish Dance Theatre describe their mission as creating human connection through creative experiences, a purpose that has guided their work for nine decades. Through VisitOne, Dundee Rep Theatre will offer audiences a more seamless and connected digital journey. By integrating with Spektrix and Square, the venue will use VisitOne for secure digital tickets, food and drink pre-orders, donations and digital memberships, helping visitors access everything they need in one simple, venue-branded experience.

For audiences, that means easier ticket access, clearer communications, convenient pre-ordering and straightforward ways to support the theatre. For the venue team, VisitOne helps connect ticketing, EPOS and customer experience tools, supporting better data capture, operational efficiency and opportunities to increase additional revenue streams.
