What's New on the VisitOne platform
At VisitOne, feature development is driven by a single goal: helping venues make more of every visit.
What’s New on VisitOne: More Control, More Revenue, Better Experiences
Over 2025 we’ve released a series of enhancements that give venues greater control, stronger compliance, and more ways to personalise the guest journey, without adding operational complexity.
Here’s a snapshot of what’s now available on the VisitOne platform.
Smarter, Safer Digital Journeys
Venues can now request age confirmation before pre-ordering, automatically hiding alcohol items for under-age guests. This configurable feature supports compliance while keeping the guest experience smooth and brand-aligned.
Ticket sharing has also been strengthened with email verification for recipients, adding an extra layer of security while still enabling genuine sharing and valuable audience data capture.
Personalised Messaging at Performance Level
Messaging control has been extended across productions and individual performances. Venues can now:
Enable or suppress pre-show and post-show emails or SMS at performance level
Create custom SMS templates by performance, production, or venue
The result is messaging that feels timely, relevant, and intentional, while reducing unnecessary noise for press shows, VIP events, or special performances.
Greater Flexibility for Hospitality and EPOS Teams
For venues using the VisitOne and PointOne integration, menu management is now faster and more flexible. Teams can select all EPOS categories at once and then choose exactly which items, modifiers, and options appear in the guest experience.
Menu presentation has also been enhanced, with greater control over layout, category order, and imagery. Venues can even choose to hide categories entirely and present a clean, item-led menu when that better suits the offer.
Improved Reporting and Revenue Controls
Pre-order reporting has been expanded with a new daily summary report, giving teams clearer visibility of sales performance. Discounting is now more granular too, with discount tags that can be enabled or disabled by order type, helping venues protect margin while still running targeted promotions.
Stronger Integrations Across the Stack
Image support is now available for Tevalis integrations, enhancing menu presentation and brand consistency across platforms. Combined with VisitOne’s existing ticketing and EPOS integrations, this continues to reduce friction between systems and teams.
Together, these updates reflect VisitOne’s continued investment in customisation, operational confidence, and revenue growth. Whether your priority is compliance, communications, hospitality, or insight, the platform continues to evolve to meet the real-world needs of arts and cultural venues.
If you’d like to explore how these features could work for your venue, we’d be happy to show you.
