Spektrix users of VisitOne can now capture valid mobile phone numbers from their guests, with consent of course.
Most of our clients use the VisitOne SMS feature to send guests a link to their digital tickets, pre-ordering, table booking, etc.
Where the guest record in Spektrix does not have a valid mobile phone number, the VisitOne pre-show email is a great backup option. However, we are delighted to announce that we can now help our Spektrix customers capture valid mobile phone numbers for their guests. Thanks to our new plug-in, numbers are captured, validated, and saved into Spektrix at booking checkout.
