VisitOne is supporting for five scholarship places for those working in Ticketing and Audience Experience roles to attend Ticketing Professionals Conference in Manchester 23-25 March 2026
These scholarship places are aimed at people working at the heart of venues in ticketing, box office, front of house, audience experience, marketing or operations who are passionate about improving the customer journey but may not otherwise have access to professional development opportunities like #TPC2026
Who should apply?
This scholarship is particularly suited to individuals who:
- Work in ticketing, box office, front of house, audience experience, operations or marketing
- Are involved in shaping or delivering the end-to-end audience journey
- Are keen to learn from peers, suppliers and sector leaders
- Want practical insight they can apply immediately in their venue
- May not have access to training budgets or conference funding
Applicants from arts, culture, live performance, festivals and visitor attractions are strongly encouraged to apply and we’d like to know the top 3 challenges your venue faces at the moment.
Successful applicants will get:
- A fully funded place at TPC Manchester
- Access to talks, panels and discussions across ticketing, technology and audience engagement
- Opportunities to connect with peers facing similar challenges
- Space to step back, reflect, and return with fresh ideas and renewed confidence
- 2 nights accommodation at a hotel close to the conference venue.
Please note that selected applicants will need to fund their own travel expenses
